Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at Maya Ra Masala strive to provide you with the highest quality products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies as follows:

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer care team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

-Products are eligible for return or refund within 7 days of purchase provided that:

-The product is sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

-A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

-Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused by shipping) are not eligible for return.

For defective or damaged items received during delivery, customers must inform us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

-Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, wallet, or card).

-Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
