Radish – 500 g, sliced thin
Green chilies – 3–4, sliced
Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Maya Ra Masala – 2 tbsp
Steps:
Wash, peel, and cut radish into sticks.
Dry slightly in sun or airy place for 2–3 hrs.
Mix radish with salt, turmeric, chilies, lemon, and Maya Ra Masala.
Heat mustard oil, add fenugreek seeds, pour over radish mix.
Stir well, store in a clean jar, keep in sunlight 1–2 days.
