Radish Pickle (Mula ko Achar)

    Ingredients:

    • Radish – 500 g, sliced thin

    • Green chilies – 3–4, sliced

    • Mustard oil – 3 tbsp

    • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

    • Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp

    • Turmeric – ½ tsp

    • Salt – to taste

    • Maya Ra Masala – 2 tbsp

    Steps:

    1. Wash, peel, and cut radish into sticks.

    2. Dry slightly in sun or airy place for 2–3 hrs.

    3. Mix radish with salt, turmeric, chilies, lemon, and Maya Ra Masala.

    4. Heat mustard oil, add fenugreek seeds, pour over radish mix.

    5. Stir well, store in a clean jar, keep in sunlight 1–2 days.
